Privacy Policy

The short version

FileWift cannot see your files. Every conversion happens inside your own browser, on your own device, using WebAssembly. Your images are never uploaded to us or to anyone else — you can verify this by disconnecting from the internet and converting anyway.

Data we do not collect

• Files: nothing you convert is transmitted or stored anywhere. When you close the tab, the data is gone from memory.
• Accounts: there are no accounts, sign-ups or passwords.
• Cookies: we set no tracking or advertising cookies.
• Analytics: we collect no usage statistics, fingerprints or telemetry.
• Third parties: no ad networks, no external scripts, no font CDNs — everything is served from our own static hosting.

Server logs

Like any website, our static hosting provider may keep short-lived request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. These logs contain no information about the files you convert, because those files never reach the server.

Local processing

All processing happens in your browser's memory on your device. Your use of the site is subject to your own device's security and the privacy practices of your browser vendor.

Children's privacy

The site collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
